Pet Policy

We’re proud to be a dog-friendly lodge and love welcoming travelers exploring Colorado with their pups. To help keep our property comfortable for all guests, the following policies apply.

Pet-Friendly Rooms:

Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms only. Guests traveling with dogs must reserve a pet-friendly room. Some rooms are dog-free to accommodate guests with allergies. A minimum fee of $100 will be charged if we find that there was a pet in a room that is not pet friendly.

Number of Dogs:

• Maximum of 2 dogs per room

Pet Fee:

• $25 per dog, per night

• Maximum charge of $250 per stay

Pet Rules:

• Dogs must be leashed while outside of the room • Guests must pick up after their dogs • Please wipe muddy paws before entering rooms • Dogs may not be left unattended unless kenneled or crated

Noise & Disturbances:

Dogs must not create excessive noise or disturbances that affect other guests. If management intervention is required due to barking or disturbances, the $200 pet authorization will be retained as a disturbance fee.

Aggressive Behavior:

Dogs must be well behaved and non-aggressive toward guests, staff, children, and other animals. Any dog displaying aggressive behavior may be required to leave the property immediately at management’s discretion. In such cases, the $200 pet authorization will be retained and the reservation will be terminated without refund.

Cleaning & Damage:

Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their dog, including accidents, stains, odors, or flea treatment if required. Damage charges may be up to $500 or the full cost of repair or replacement, whichever is greater.

Pet Authorization Hold:

A refundable $200 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card at check-in for guests traveling with dogs. This authorization is specifically for pet-related damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. Charges may exceed this amount and will be billed to the card on file.
