Just a short note to let you know that our family truly enjoyed our visit (July 25th-29th). Our room was extremely clean & the hospitality of Anita & Judy (long blonde) was fantastic!! From their warm welcome to their friendliness was greatly appreciated!! (and the waffles were pretty darn good too :-) We would highly recommend Eagle Fire to any of our family members and friends.  Lodging Rates & Cancellation Policies:

Off Season: October 2 - May 14.

Peak Season: May 15 - October 1.

Standard Room - Off season $69.00/ $79.00 - Peak season $109.00/ $119.00 (based on 2 people)

Mountain Cabin - Off season $79.00 - Peak season $119.00 (based on 2 people)

Mini Suite - Off season $89.00 - Peak season $139.00 (based on 2 people)

2-Bedroom Suite - Off season $129.00/ $139.00 - Peak season $179.00/ $189.00 (based on 4 people)

Each additional person, including children, add $10.00 per day.

Dog friendly rooms, add $10.00 per day.  Please call ahead.

 

Cancellation Policies:

Off season, October 1 through May 14: 72 hours or less prior to arrival, we will retain 1 night's rent. More than 72 hours prior to arrival, we will retain $25.00. .

Peak season, May 15 through October 1: 30 days or less prior to arrival, we will retain 1 night's rent. More than 30 days prior to arrival, we will retain $50.00.

Sorry, no refunds for early departures.

You will only be able to book online during our peak season for 2 nights or more. Often times we can fit a one-night stay into a previous reservation, so please call us at 1-877-927-5700 for reservations less than 2 nights.
